If your baby is born in the course of the Chinese year which spans the period from February 18, 2007, through February 6, 2008, he (she) will bear the seal of the Fire Pig: his (her) destiny will be influenced both by his (her) astral sign Pig and his (her) element Fire.
However, Chinese birth years are not the only factor affecting an individual's destiny. Months, days and hours of birth also have their say. In this article, I'll expose the main character traits which your baby may show according to his (her) Chinese "week" of birth.
But what is a traditional Chinese "week"? Any Chinese month starts invariably with a day of the new moon and corresponds to a lunation, that is, a period of 29 or 30 days as may be the case. Each Chinese month is divided into three parts called "weeks". The first part consists of the first ten days and is called "upper week"; the second part consists of the ten following days and is called "middle week"; the third part consists of the remaining ten or nine days and is called "lower week".
